Shipping and returns

All our products are shipped through Australia Post.

Orders will be dispatched same day or day after, depending on when the order is placed.

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, containing your tracking number for your order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of when the order was received, for refund in store credit. Please note, orders received after this period will not be processed for a return.
Reasoning for a return or refund must be provided.
We do not accept items that have been damaged or worn. Items must be in the same packaging, untouched, as received. Any damage or inconveniences with the items will not be accepted for return.
Returns and exchanges, will be processed within 1-2 business days, where you will receive your full payment amount in store credit.
